Command Reference

Discord only shows commands that are available in the current context and allowed by the server's integration settings. Server administrators can change access for each server-installed command by role, user, or channel.

Those Discord overrides control who can run a command. They do not bypass MAUQ's queue ownership, companion, premium, or context checks.

Queue Participation

Command Purpose Details
/queue join [owner] Join a host's enabled queue Server only. A thread supplies its owner automatically; owner is required elsewhere.
/queue leave [owner] Remove yourself from a host's queue Server only. A thread supplies its owner automatically; owner is required elsewhere.
/queue show [owner] Show a queue and its positions Public in a thread; private when an owner is selected outside one.

Queue Management

All queue-management commands are server-only. In a thread, they manage the thread owner's queue and require the owner or one of their companions. Outside a thread, they manage the caller's queue.

Command Purpose Options and behavior
/queue toggle Turn the queue on or off in the current channel Turning a queue off prevents new joins, but does not clear existing members.
/queue next [amount] Advance players and notify them amount defaults to 1 and accepts 1 to 100. If a code is stored, MAUQ sends it by DM.
/queue remove position Remove a player without sending them the code position starts at 1.
/queue clear Clear the queue Removes every queued member for that owner.
/queue verification Turn global verification requirements on or off Applies to the current queue context.

Owner Preferences

Rules, personal blacklists, and companions belong to the caller's user account. These commands work in servers and DMs when the guild or user installation makes them available.

Command Purpose Options and limits
/rules add rule [position] Add a queue rule Rule text is limited to 100 characters; position defaults to the end of the list.
/rules remove position Remove a queue rule Removes the numbered rule.
/rules list [user] View your rules or another user's rules Response is private.
/rules toggle Turn the join-time rules prompt on or off Controls whether rules appear before joining.
/rules blacklist Toggle blacklisting when rules are declined Enabled by default. When disabled, declining does not add the player to the queue or blacklist.
/blacklist toggle user [reason] Add or remove a personal blacklist entry Reason is optional and limited to 100 characters; self and bot targets are rejected.
/blacklist list View your personal blacklist Private, paginated response.
/companion toggle target Add or remove a companion Self and bot targets are rejected.
